Rates are quoted in EURO per room and night, and include buffet breakfast, (except Summer Hotel Hill (Youth Hostel)), tax and service charge.

For hotel booking each participant is kindly requested to pay a deposit of one night hotel cost to Pannonia Congress Service. The rest of the hotel costs is payable at the on site registration at the conference venue. In order to avoid staying a long queue full advance payment is recommended.
