Papers must be submitted in two phases, and the submission process will be possible starting October 24, 2000. In both cases, the submissions should be done electronically to the URL http://ecoop.borbala.com.
In the first phase, the abstract of the paper written in English must be electronically submitted before (and including) November 13, 2000. The abstract is submitted by filling-in a web form with details like author, etc. The form also contains a field for inserting the abstract.
In the second phase, the full paper must be electronically submitted before November 27, 2000, 23:00 GMT. The paper is to be uploaded through a web form. Please test your browser's ability to support this form for uploading in ample time before the deadline for submission - the submission site http://ecoop.borbala.com contains an ability to test your browser automatically.
The paper submission must be written in English and should not contain more than 10,000 words. Papers arriving late or clearly longer than the limit may be rejected immediately, without being reviewed.
The electronical formats accepted are PostScript and Portable Document Format (PDF) with a strong preference in favor of PDF.
In advance, we would like to inform you that the final paper will have to comply with Springer-Verlag's formatting instructions. You can find these instructions at the URL: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. However, you are not required to follow these formatting instructions in your submission, only for the final paper version.
